About Hooka

Hooka is a social network built for hookah lovers 18 and older — a place to log every session, rate the tobaccos and mixes you try, discover the best lounges around you, and connect with fellow smokers worldwide. Think Untappd for hookah, with a dash of Strava and Letterboxd.

We launched in Antalya, Türkiye, and are expanding to communities across Germany, Russia, the UK, UAE, US, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Our mission is simple: help hookah lovers everywhere remember every session and discover their next favorite spot.

What Hooka is — and isn't

Hooka is a personal journaling, discovery, and social app for an activity that's already legal for adults. It is not a retailer, marketplace, or advertising platform: we don't sell tobacco or hookah products, we don't run tobacco advertising or sponsorships, and we enforce an 18+ age gate on every account.
